We’ve hit the ground running in 2022 at Teamwork by bringing you exciting new features to kick start the year! A few of the new features released this month are Improved Reports, Dark mode for Android, and Archive Agents in Desk.
Check out each feature below in detail and see how you can enhance processes within your team throughout 2022.
2021 year in review
While 2021 was a challenging year for everyone, we’re proud to look back at the past year and see how much we have grown and achieved. With 2021 now behind us, there are some super exciting new additions for you to look forward to in Teamwork in 2022. If you’d like a sneak peak into some of these new features being released this year, check out this blog post.
None of this would be possible without you, our customers. So from our team to yours, we want to say a huge thank you, and wish you all the best for a very productive and happy 2022.
New and improved reports
We’ve been listening carefully to your feedback over the last number of months around reporting. We are excited to introduce our new and improved reports — Project Health, Utilization, and Planned vs. Actual. Each report now has new functionality like custom fields and additional export options. Reporting within Teamwork has never been easier and we’ve added a nice new UI uplift too!
The team is working hard to bring you further exciting improvements so keep your eyes peeled for further updates in the coming months. Click here if you're interested in learning more about the many improvements that we've added to our reports.
Android moves to the dark side
For all of you night owls and aesthetes, we saw how much you loved the new dark mode when we brought it to iOS, so we've now released this feature to the Android Teamwork app!
It’s designed to reduce eye strain and avoid the vampire reaction of a suddenly bright app in a very dark room. No configuration necessary, just turn on dark mode on your phone and enjoy those beautiful colors.
Archive Agents in Teamwork Desk
With our pending Archive Agent feature, you can prevent agent access to your account, while retaining ticket assignments, previous activity, and reporting metrics. To enable this feature, go to the People tab of your site, then to the Agents tab, and click the name of the agent you want to archive. While viewing the agent's profile, click the Edit Profile button in the top right. Scroll to the bottom of the agent details view and select the Archive agent option.
When you click archive, the confirmation modal will detail any existing triggers, smart inboxes, or ticket templates where the agent is included. Each trigger, smart inbox, and template is clickable and will open a quick view with the corresponding details which you can update.
Click the Archive agent button at the bottom of the confirmation modal to complete the process. The Archive Agents feature is currently in an early release phase for some Teamwork Desk accounts and will officially launch January 18th, 2022. To learn more about this feature click here.
We hope you like these new additions to Teamwork! As always please share your feedback in the comments sections below or contact us at support@teamwork.com if you have any questions.
